Synthetic Lubricants
Synthetic lubricants are formulated using specially engineered raw materials that provide superior performance over a wide temperature range. The primary base oils include polyalphaolefins (PAOs), esters (such as diesters and polyol esters), and other synthetic fluids like alkylated naphthalenes or phosphate esters, chosen for their excellent thermal stability, oxidative resistance, and low volatility. These are combined with advanced additive packages—including anti-wear agents, antioxidants, detergents, dispersants, and corrosion inhibitors—to enhance lubrication properties, extend equipment life, and ensure performance in demanding applications like aviation, automotive, and industrial machinery.
